Lasting Word Publishing Group is an independent publisher with a simple conviction: words that point people to God should outlast the moment they were written in. Our tagline says it plainly — crafting timeless words, shaping enduring legacies.
We publish practical books of faith — not theology textbooks, but field guides for real life. Books short enough to actually finish, honest enough to trust, and grounded enough in Scripture to change the shape of a week, and eventually a life.
Our first title, After Church?: Beyond The Pews, comes from Pastor Everett Bross, a third-generation pastor from Rockford, Illinois. Written with a foreword by his father, Pastor David L. Bross Sr., it carries three generations of pastoral ministry into a single, doable question: what do I actually do on Monday morning?

Pastor Everett Bross is a third-generation pastor from Rockford, Illinois — 39 years of marriage, a father, and a working entrepreneur. After decades of watching people walk into the sanctuary one way and walk out the same way the next week, he began writing for the believer in the pew who quietly suspects there has to be more.
His writing blends pastoral wisdom with the practicality of someone who has spent his working life outside church walls — faith for the other 167 hours of the week.
